A JOB CAPTAIN

FORE Architects is a design-oriented full-service architectural design firm in DTLA and now seeking for a new Job Captain to support project architects on various types of projects such as Multi-Family Housings, Restaurants and Mixed-Use projects. 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of solid experience in architectural design

  • Good verbal and written communication with city, engineers and staff

  • Capable of producing Conceptual Design, Construction drawings and details

  • Self-motivated design solution finder

  • Good design taste to produce quality design result

  • Knowledge and Experience with Complete projects from Conceptual Design to Construction Documents, CA experience is a plus.

  • Proficient in Auto-CAD & Sketch-up

  • Experience in Hotel / Senior Apartment/ Mixed-Use project is preferred
